Hello, and congratulations.
Unless you are secretly planning weddings for other people, there is a good chance much of this is completely new. That is exactly why this brochure exists: to make choosing your wedding photographer and videographer feel clear, personal and genuinely exciting.
Our goal is always to help you feel comfortable enough to be completely yourselves. It makes the experience better on the day and creates photographs and films that feel recognisably yours afterwards.
We will stand out when you need direction, disappear into the crowd when you do not, and keep the celebration itself at the centre of everything.

If a venue is more than a comfortable early-morning drive away, we plan ahead and stay nearby so we arrive rested, early and ready. Never worried about traffic.

The practical bits,
properly answered.
Booking, planning, travel, backup equipment, delivery and the questions couples often think are too small to ask.
If I do decide to book, what's the procedure?
A £120 non-refundable deposit secures your wedding date. Once it is paid, we reserve the date exclusively for you and turn down other enquiries. The remaining balance is due one month before the wedding, and we send a receipt after each payment.
What contact do we have before the day?
We're happy to chat as much as you'd like over email / Instagram leading up to the day and after! A lot of couples love to have calls before booking which is always a great catch up! We'll also always have a call around a month before, once you've had your final venue meeting to go over the firm details.
Are you fully insured?
Absolutely. We have full indemnity and public liability insurance should the venue require it!
I feel awkward in front of the camera. How will you help?
Most couples tell us they feel awkward in front of the camera, so you are not alone. We keep things relaxed, offer gentle direction only when it is useful and talk everything through before the wedding so the experience feels natural rather than staged.
Do we arrange food for you?
We always deeply appreciate being fed on the day, not only for our taste buds, but also because it makes our job so much easier as we're very limited as to what we can bring and store on the day (usually crisps and sweets that won't spoil). If you can't feed us for any reason, please don't panic. If you could let us know ahead of time and we'll head to a local cafe while you're all having food.
Is the Documentary Cut just a longer version of the highlight cut?
The highlight film is a concise, cinematic story, usually 7–10 minutes. The documentary film is a separate, longer edit, typically 40+ minutes, following the day in order with more of the ceremony, speeches and celebrations. It gives moments more room to unfold rather than simply extending the highlight film.
Where are you based? Do you charge for travel?
We're based near Cardiff in South Wales, and travel throughout England and Wales is included in our packages. Typically, if it's over two hours drive, we'll stay in a hotel the night before to make sure we're there bright and early without worrying about traffic. Accommodation is also covered by us if required. For weddings elsewhere, we'll confirm travel arrangements and any costs with you.
How long will you stay for and how do you decide when to finish?
Coverage is determined by the package you choose: Standard includes 10.5 hours, Luxury includes 11.5 hours and Platinum includes 13 hours. We help you choose the most useful start time around your ceremony and priorities; for example, a 10:30am start with the Standard package means coverage finishes at 9pm.
Do you use backup equipment?
We bring backup cameras and equipment. Our main cameras record to two memory cards, and we make two separate backups after the wedding to help protect your photographs and footage.
When will we get our photos / videos back?
For a combined photo and video booking, our usual guide is around one month for the photographs, around two months for the highlight film and around three months for the documentary film. Delivery is staged so you can enjoy each part as it is ready. These are estimates, especially during the busy summer season; we will confirm expectations for your booking.
Will you use my photos / video clips on your website and social media?
We may share photographs and film clips from your wedding in our portfolio and on social media. If you would prefer your wedding to remain private, please tell us — that is absolutely fine. You can discuss this with us before booking or contact us afterwards.
